Kartheek Munigoti is a high-performing infrastructure and data center strategist with more than two decades of experience in creating and managing technology infrastructure projects and businesses, combining deep knowledge of data center operations with proven experience in large-scale infrastructure development.

As a data center consultant, Kartheek has worked on numerous critical infrastructure projects across multiple geographies, bringing extensive expertise in facility design, power systems architecture, cooling infrastructure, and operational optimization. Founder of infrastructure development initiatives and architect of integrated technology solutions, he injects a unique blend of technical infrastructure planning, power systems engineering, and digital infrastructure deployment expertise into every project.

Kartheek has been directly involved and/or responsible for the commercialization of innovative infrastructure projects and technology-enabled services across enterprise, government, and telecommunications sector

Michael koireng

Michael Koireng, based in Shillong for the past 32 years, is a seasoned infrastructure development professional and strategic advisor with extensive experience in large-scale industrial and technology projects across Northeast India.

He has worked with major infrastructure and industrial companies including Vijai Electricals Ltd (power systems and electrical infrastructure), Vindhya Telelinks Ltd (telecommunications infrastructure), and Jindal Saw Ltd (industrial infrastructure), and currently serves as Vice President of Sugs Lloyd Ltd, bringing deep expertise in project development, stakeholder management, and infrastructure delivery.

His extensive experience in government relations and regional development includes serving as National Secretary of the Nationalist Youth Congress and National General Secretary of the All India Panchayat Vikas Sangathan, providing him with invaluable insights into policy frameworks, government funding mechanisms, and multi-stakeholder coordination—critical capabilities for large-scale infrastructure projects. In 2012, he contested the Manipur Assembly election on an NPP ticket.

Rajat Sang is a distinguished entrepreneur, technology pioneer, and academic leader with a remarkable track record of building transformative institutions across India. As a pioneering innovator in robotics and automation, he has been at the forefront of India’s technology revolution, founding multiple technology ventures that bridge advanced research with commercial applications. His visionary leadership extends to academia, where he established a university focused on engineering and technology excellence, creating robust industry-academia partnerships and talent pipelines essential for innovation-driven sectors. Rajat brings critical expertise to data center infrastructure development through his deep understanding of AI and compute-intensive systems, precision environmental controls, and automated infrastructure management—knowledge gained from robotics innovation.

Saksham sharma

Saksham Sharma is an architect specializing in mission-critical infrastructure and data center design, with extensive experience on large-scale national and international projects. His expertise spans the complete spectrum of data center architecture—from hyperscale facilities and AI compute centers to edge deployments and hybrid infrastructure—encompassing power distribution planning, cooling system design, structural requirements for heavy equipment loads, and compliance with international standards (Tier III/IV, Uptime Institute). Having had the opportunity to work with several pioneers of Indian architecture on critical infrastructure projects including hospitals, industrial facilities, and urban planning developments, Saksham now runs his own practice, Techlab Design Services, delivering innovative, technically rigorous designs for data centers and technology infrastructure that exceed client expectations and bring visionary facilities to life.

Rakesh Kawra

Rakesh Kawra is a former Indian diplomat who has served with distinction in Indian Missions across Colombia, Russia, the United Kingdom, Tanzania, Australia, Egypt, and Senegal.

Throughout his diplomatic career, he managed several key portfolios and consistently supported Heads of Mission in advancing India’s bilateral relations. While posted in Cairo, he was deputed to Libya, where he successfully coordinated the repatriation of nearly 300 stranded Indians. As Director of the Indian Cultural Centre in Cairo, he oversaw the successful organization of three editions of the India by the Nile festival, strengthening cultural ties between India and Egypt. He also played a vital role in the team that facilitated the return of Indian nationals from Senegal and Gambia during the Covid-19 pandemic.

In Tanzania, while leading the Commercial and Trade desk, he contributed to India becoming the country’s largest trading partner. His efforts in addressing student-related issues in Australia—particularly in Melbourne—continue to be remembered and appreciated by the Indian community. As Head of Chancery in Senegal, Mr. Kawra managed the Mission’s Administrative, Finance, Education, and capacity-building portfolios with distinction.

Following his superannuation, Mr. Kawra has been serving as Advisor to Starktech Eduskill, where he brings his extensive diplomatic experience to the fields of education, mentorship, and institutional development.
